Welcome to Stories online marketplace, where we proudly sell many exciting and beautiful products by our curated independent brands and artists!
When you place an order with us, your item is shipped directly from the brand. This shipping system eliminates unnecessary carbon emissions and resource waste from having to have the item packaged and shipped to us, and then repackaged and shipped out again to the customer - how awesome is that?
DELIVERY COST
All orders will be shipped from the UK with a trackable service.
We currently only ship to the UK but we are working on expanding our shipping to other countries!
With a flat rate of £4.95 per order, you can shop multiple items from different brands without worrying about extra shipping fees. Whether you choose one item or five, the delivery charge will always be the same. Enjoy the convenience of our flat rate delivery!
Please note when you order multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately, directly from the brand.
DELIVERY TIMES
For standard orders, our brands will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days after receiving your order. If an item is made to order, the turnaround time will be clearly stated in the product's description.
Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered, and occasional delays can occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen events (postal strikes, extreme weather conditions etc). We appreciate your understanding of the fact that we cannot control these factors.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If your order could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to us (eg. incorrect address, unclaimed packages), your order will be returned to the brand(s) and subsequently will be cancelled. As a result of the cancellation of the order, we will return to you all payments received from you, excluding the delivery fee charged for the order and a 5GBP processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Stories is not liable for any items damaged or lost during delivery. If this does occur, please let us know and we will contact the brand and then follow up with you.
Please note that refunds will only be made after the brand has received the returned item(s) with no issues.
