Elle, a writer, poet and journalist is passionate about all things storytelling. Words by Elle was born out of a lifelong love for poetry and a desire to tell tales of hope. Elle loves meeting people from all walks of life and telling their stories – writing to express, connect, and make sense of the beautiful, changing world around us.

Over the years, Elle has worked with some wonderful lifestyle, travel and wellbeing titles including Breathe, Happiful, Planet Mindful, Culture Trip, BBC Good Food, Delicious, Olive and BBC Gardeners’ World.

Elle believes poetry can bring great beauty to our lives. The right words can give voice to our greatest joys and deepest sorrows – the broken, the beautiful, the good, the true, the messy, the mundane, and all that lies in-between.
