We are dedicated to offering you a selection of exciting and high-quality products that we hope you will love. As shipping goods has an environmental impact, we hope to minimise returns by providing you as much information as possible about each product. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations so here's our return policy and instructions should you need to return an item.

How do I request a return?

To return an item for a refund, please contact us directly within 14 days from receipt of order and we will guide you through our returns process.​​​​​​​

How long do I have to return my order? 

You have 14 days from your delivery date to inform us of your desire to return an item, and then a further 14 days from the date you receive return instructions to send back the item.

Do you offer free returns?

We currently do not offer free returns as all of our brands are small businesses with a small profit margin. The cost of return shipping charges will be your responsibility, it is highly recommended that you choose a trackable service. Please ensure that you obtain a trackable number/proof of posting and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any items that get lost in transit, or are returned to the brand by mistake.

 

Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 10% returns processing fee will be charged per item you return.

What items can be returned?

Any regular priced items can be returned and refunded except for the below:

  • Made to order items

  • Custom made items

  • Earrings 

  • Skincare/beauty items

  • Sale items

All goods will be inspected on return. Items returned in a non-sellable condition (eg. used, scratched, washed, soiled or damaged, stained) will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

How should I send back my return?

If you need to return an item you would need to send it back directly to the brand, not to Stories. Any items you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches the brand. Please make sure it is packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Please make sure to include all contents that were originally provided in the box. ​

What if an item is faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty/damaged item, please inform us within 7 days with clear photos of the fault. We will then work with you and the brand to reach a resolution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We aim to refund you as soon as we can, once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by the brand. We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods in a saleable condition.

Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 5% returns processing fee will be charged per item you return.​​​
